Sue Todd’s New Style

In recent years, Sue has taken up writing for children. She has several works-in-progress and has developed a new technique for the graphic novels she is writing and illustrating. This digital ink approach maintains Sue’s bright color palette and whimsical style, but with a fine line and more detail. Sue draws on the iPad in Procreate and adds color in Photoshop. Sue has recently completed her first picture book in this new style, BLUE BOAT HOME, launching in April 2025 by Skinner House Books.
